Group Reservation Policies

(Exclusive use of the property)

We’re honored that you’ve chosen Etnika as the space to host your gathering, retreat, or soulful experience. Because we hold our place exclusively for your group once your dates are confirmed, we’ve created the following policies with respect for both your commitment and ours.

To reserve your retreat and block your dates in our calendar, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total retreat value (based on accommodation for up to 14 guests).

• A second 25% deposit is due 3 months (90 days) prior to arrival.

• The remaining 50% balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in.

• If additional guests are approved beyond 14 people, they will be added to the final balance.

Cancellation Policies

We understand that life is ever-changing and that sometimes plans shift. Please review the following guidelines designed to honor both your intentions and the energy we dedicate to preparing this space for your group.

• If Etnika must cancel for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

• If cancellation occurs due to force majeure (such as natural events, emergencies, or civil unrest), we will refund all payments minus a $555 USD administrative fee to cover non-recoverable costs.

• If the client cancels the reservation:

  • More than 90 days before arrival: 50% of deposits paid will be refunded.

  • Between 45 and 90 days before arrival: 25% of deposits paid will be refunded.

  • Within 45 days of arrival: Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations: No refund applies.

All refunds are subject to an 8% processing fee.

Responsibility

Etnika is a space of rest and connection with nature. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, its energy, and the community around it. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during their stay.

Respect for the Space

Etnika reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if behaviors disturb the peace, safety, or integrity of the retreat environment.
