Guests can rest in cozy private or shared rooms, enjoy wide green areas, a yoga and meditation space, a pool, and short trails weaving through bamboo trees — all designed for simplicity, rest, and renewal.

During your retreat, you might begin the day with movement, gather in circle under the fruit trees, or rest in a hammock.

We can also help coordinate local experiences — from coffee and cacao tours to exploring the colorful towns of Salento and Filandia, or the breathtaking Cocora Valley.

Our kitchen offers nourishing meals prepared with local ingredients and love, with options for all dietary needs.

Etnika welcomes all kinds of retreats — from wellness and creative gatherings to women’s circles, embodiment, or spiritual workshops — hosting up to 14 guests in an atmosphere of connection and authenticity.
